1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. Shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. How do I choose the right size?
Each product includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and inseam and comparing with our measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
6. What materials are your clothes made from?
We use premium fabrics including cotton, cotton blends, linen, French terry, and performance fabrics. Material composition is clearly listed on every product page.
7. Are your clothes true to size?
Most items run true to size. However, some styles (especially slim-fit) may feel more fitted. Please read the “Fit” description on each product page.
8. How should I care for my clothes?
Care instructions are provided on the product page and inside the garment. Most items are machine washable in cold water. We recommend washing inside out and hanging or tumble drying on low to maintain best condition.
9. Do you offer big & tall sizes?
We currently offer sizes from S to XXL. Some styles are also available in 3XL. Please check the size chart on individual products.
10. Will the color match the pictures?
We strive to show colors as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings and lighting. Each product has multiple photos to help you see the color clearly.
11. Are your clothes suitable for both casual and smart casual wear?
Yes. Our collection is designed to be versatile — perfect for the office, weekend outings, dates, and travel.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
